Tyler Bishop

Owner

T&B Landscaping is a family-owned and operated business founded by Tyler in 2003, when he was just 16 years old. What started as a small 2-man operation has grown into a thriving company with over 30 employees. Despite his success, Tyler has never lost his passion for landscaping and is still hands-on with the day-to-day operations of the business.

Throughout high school and college, Tyler continued to run T&B Landscaping while earning a degree in business from Arizona State University. This combination of experience and education has helped him to oversee all aspects of the company and maintain its success over the past 20 years.

At T&B Landscaping, we are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our clients. Our team of experienced and dedicated professionals is led by Tyler, who is always willing to get his hands dirty and work on projects. Matt Ryan

Landscape Crew Leader

Matt has been with T&B Landscaping for three years now and he said he couldn’t be happier here. Matt brings a great attitude to work with him every day. He is always ready to handle whatever task is given to him no questions asked. During his off time, Matt enjoys spending time with his friends and attending concerts.

Anthony Giron

Maintenance Crew Leader

Anthony graduated from high school in 2018 and has been working with T&B Landscaping since then. He has a vast knowledge of landscaping maintenance. Anthony’s area of expertise is lawn mowing. He makes sure each lawn has the best mow lines possible. He strives to make sure every job he completes is nothing short of perfect.

Omar Rivera

Landscape Maintenance Manager

Omar is the glue guy for T&B Landscaping. Most days he is the first one to work and the last one to leave. He makes sure each crew has everything they need so their daily operations go smoothly. Omar takes pride in his work and makes sure every house is in tip-top shape before completing service. When Omar isn’t putting in long hours he is spending time with his wife and daughter.

Amasa Brown

Yard Manager

Amasa has over 50 years of experience in the landscape supply industry. He handles our material deliveries, screens our topsoil, and ensures our yard stays organized and neat. Amasa is one of the hardest working guys you will ever meet and is impressive to say the least. When he’s not hauling materials from job to job he loves spending time with his wife, 11 grandkids and practicing his strong faith in God.

Jose Rodriguez

Irrigation and Fertilizing Field Manager

Jose is the go-to man at T&B Landscaping. Jose has over 15 years of irrigation and lawn care experience. His primary work duties are irrigation and fertilizing services. Jose's work ethic is one of a kind, staying late if need be to fix and maintain any equipment. He’s hard-working, detail-oriented and organized. There is no small work for him, every single job that he completes is like a masterpiece. Will make any customer Aww. And that is a guarantee. Humble and proud in one. The yin-yang of hard work. His favorite line is “if you're going to do something then do it right”. Jose loves spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Scott Brown

Landscape Construction Manager

Scott brings a wealth of knowledge to T&B Landscaping. With over 25 years of landscape construction experience, he is one of the best operators we’ve ever seen. Scott’s meticulous attention to detail and knowledge ensures all our landscape construction projects come out flawless. When Scott is not working you can find him and his wife on a baseball field or a football field at one of his 4 kids sporting events.

JT Laurendeau

General Manager

JT keeps everything running smoothly at T&B Landscaping. He handles the crews’ daily schedules, customer relations, payroll, billing and acts as a liaison between the crews and the customers. We all enjoy his friendly demeanor and great attitude. He considers himself a sports guru and loves spending time with dogs. JT received a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of New Hampshire.
